Customer audits – creating an assist register

All healthcare organisations must now be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and be actively working towards improving cleanliness and reducing the infection rates within your organisation.

As a solution based company Medserve can help you develop the efficiency of equipment within your Healthcare setting by creating an assist register, listing product serial numbers, location and date of when your equipment was last serviced or LOLER tested. Giving you a credible list of assets, being able to identify when products are no longer ‘fit for purpose’ will ensure that you always have the most effective equipment in use and will enable you to maintain the highest standards of care within your organisation.
