To deliver the levels of support our customers expect all our employees complete training in the Customer Support Programme. We also encourage members of our team to bring the principles of our programme to life during the working day. This means keeping our promises, treating each customer as an individual and dealing with each query in a clear, considerate and professional manner.

You can reach our team simply by calling 01275 218161 between 9.00 - 17.00 Monday-Friday. Outside of these hours, your call will be diverted through to our on-call manager.

As part of our regular review process and to enhance our training programme, we provide customer surveys to all customers on an annual basis. Providing Solutions

Medserve work closely with many care groups in the local area. We recently worked with a local care group to provide all homes with new pressure care mattresses. One home within the group uses the Piezo Mattress Systems supplied by Medserve, throughout and not one resident has pressure sores. The rest of the homes within the group needed to follow by example and we have now gone on to replace all mattresses at all sites, reducing the numbers of residents with pressure sores.
